Looks like msrp. I was there looking at it because I was passing by and wanted to see the colors. Carbonized grey was next to it but it is sold. Their website is wrong on the CG

Three salesman told me the Carbon gray wasn't sold as I would've bought it (probably not as they would've jacked the price up).but a glitch in the sytem they said, so it was sold. I'm so glad I bought my first one from Awesome Ford. And ordered a 2024 through them. The vibe at Awesome Ford is better. Good luck with Mullinax

Just picked up my 2023 XL hybrid 09/15/22 order from them last week. No dealer fee. As far as I know, their allocation number is pretty big. You might have a better chance getting your order filled through them. As for stocked inventory, markup is common these days for all the dealers.
