Maxzina Ratchet Straps Installed Review

I recently used mine to transport a 15ft ladder, with some creative wrapping and an extra set of bungie cords that thing was solid and didn't move in the 10 miles I traveled with it. I even gave it the old 'That's not going anywhere!" stamp of approval. Last week I also bought a small deep freeze and used these to secure the load in the truck, just made an X shape with the straps and bed rails and that thing did not move even going 75 on the interstate. This might be my favorite accessory purchased for my truck.

I tried installing the Maxzina straps today. I have the factory bed rail and to get the bracket under the bed rail I would have to take the rail off. I saw a video where the guy just pulls the rail away from the wall and slips it behind. Nope, not happening. My bed rail does not budge and its not worth the effort to take them off. I took out the screw on the end of the bedrail(T30) and it was really tight. I'm sure that I would strip the heads on the other screws trying to loosen them. They are going back.

I had to return as I did not know the L-track was not what came with my Lariat. They did not work with the Ford OEM track.

I also decided not to mount the Ratchet Straps. Instead I purchased EPYINS Auto Retractable Ratchet Straps 4 Pack.
