Yes, sits flush and held me up just fine. Shouldn't been an issue at all in case of flat.

Here are a few pictures of my maverick XL AWD ecobost still have the maxmate nurf bars to go on and EGR rugged fender flares and a nudge bar and LED fog lights. Tell me what you think. You should look at the nudge bar really makes the front of the truck it's made by boardfeet

Your being kind of mean. If I had the money I’d do it for the looks. I’m 5’2”.
My wife is 5'2", or at least she used to be way back when! LOL She has no issue getting in and out of such a small, low vehicle. Looks are subjective though so I guess if that's what you want have at it.

I would get them simply to deflect road debris, particularly in winter time. Regardless if using as a step or not, nerf bars and running boards can help protect the sides of the truck, even if it already has mud flaps. But I will also concur with a previous comment—these would help me reach the middle of the roof while doing a wash and detail. I really don’t like opening the doors snd scratching up the cheap plastic. That, and when washing, soapy water inevitably makes its way inside the truck and/or onto the door panels.

I had these for about 3wks, had them removed. Caused my knee to become very sore and swollen due to the weird angles on getting in truck. And also aggreivated my wife's back.
