Maverick XL AWD shipped yesterday

Don't know if I got lucky or mabe because I ordered with limited extras but I ordered my 2024 maverick XL AWD in atlas blue metallic. ecobost with hitch and 4 pin connector full size spare and keylock tailgate latch. Placed my order January 21st 2024 and got email yesterday saying it was shipped March 20th 2024. So far about 60 days dealership says its expected next friday so that would be March 29. So about 70 days. Pretty happy considering all the horror stories I heard back when I ordered it. Well let you know when it arrives at dealership.

What's nice about waiting 70 days I bought new tires and wheels hood shocks tailgate shock tri-fold bed cover side lights/turn signals all ready to go on the day I get it. I will post all stock pictures and then with all the mods.lots more mods coming EGR finder flares truck bed lights black maverick letters for tailgate

Awesome! Get the cargo light leds too if you haven’t yet. They are much brighter than stock and look white instead of yellow. Really easy to install.

FYI the XL tailgate locks from the factory. The optional tailgate lock is a device that goes on the hinge to prevent theft.

So the latch that opens the tailgate already has a key to lock it. Well the sales man miss informed me he said they send the new latch from factory and dealership installed it. Well if that's the case then they can take that off my price 80.00 for part and 80.00 toinstall
