Maverick truck bed caps - how are they sealed?

I am interested in getting a cap for my truck but I just have to know how the cap is sealed to the truck to prevent water from getting between the cab and the cap and thus into the bed. The SnugPro photos show a tightish fit but is it sealed? ARE also has one available and I am especially curious about how they fit as they are brand new and after market. I cannot find anything on the web about this issue. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks

I had a different truck that I had a cap for and when that was put on they used double sided high density foam to seal between the truck bed and cap.
