Maverick tracker is showing someone else's VIN and order number

My tracking link has gone crazy. I cannot track my vehicle and I am receiving someone else's VIN and order number. Is anyone else having this problem and do you heavy solution?

I've seen it and others have reported it too. Mine worked after I cleared my cache. Another person said that didn't work. The tracker is wonky. All I can say is keep trying or if you really need information just call Ford. (800) 334-4375

Yup. It’s happened before. I can tell you that clearing everything didn’t work for me, but I can also say that the last time this happened, my Mav went from “Ordered” to “In Production”, so you never know.

That doesn't always work. The only REAL fix is to give it a day or two and it should be back to normal.

Good point. When I said earlier that I cleared my cache, I did clear cookies and browsing history as well. When I do it, I do it all. LoL

I get it, but it didn’t work for me. I’m not arguing with anyone, just pointing out the extra all caps typing, that’s all.

Nothing seems to work. My delivery date is October 15th through October 21st. I guess patience is the byword.
