If I remember correctly, Vegas has some rules regarding age of taxi vehicles, and the Maverick is probably one of the least expensive options with any sort of rear headroom. Also wonder if it’s a hybrid, because I know most taxi fleets have a percentage of hybrid/electric required.

Not sure how I feel about luggage in the cargo area, but it’s an option.
It’s an XLT, which add creature comforts, but I don’t see any Hybrid badge on the tailgate.

When we were in Vegas last year we were Uber’s by a Rivian pick up. Nice ride for over twice the price but I would have been just as happy in a Maverick.

Saw something different on the road in Vegas today.
A Maverick as a taxi. Interestingly, has a tri-fold tonneau cover folded up.

It will be interesting to see how he fits 3 other adults into it. The two folks in the rear seat had better not have any legs.
