Ordered an XLT AWD gas on 10/8/21. No one at Ford can give me an ETA after more than 6 months waiting. Obviously lousy customer service. Any ideas on getting an answer from Ford?

Well lets see. I would try the Hotline... then they will tell you to talk to your dealer.... your dealer will say I have no idea... then you will try the Chat... they will give you the tracking link for when you get a VIN, at that point you should ask for the purpose of the link if you dont have the VIN. You will not get a good answer for that question and you can repeat this scenario for weeks on end. Been running this approach since February.

Tips not mentioned:
1. Drink during your wait it helps prepare you for the bad news.
2. Rely on you MTC family to pick you up when they shit on you.
3. Have champagne handy if you need to celebrate. The one I have is aging perfectly.
