Maverick lurching

My 2022 Maverick is lurching from a standing start. Also when passing the Maverick will maintain its speed for a period of time when letting off on the accelerator. I was Tod by the local service dept the the Ford Motor Company will not let them access the computer to make any corrections. Really?
