We were very fortunate that our dealer here in Ottawa Canada had this very one on order before we were ever interested in the Maverick. When we found out the amount of money being cashed out for older F150’s we said what a good time to cash in and get a newer vehicle. Now with the price of gas going up, we are feeling that our decision was the right one. So the order was place by the dealer back in early September I believe and was built in late January. Arrived in Canada early March. Picked it up yesterday March 9th. We said goodbye to our 2016 F150 Velocity Blue. She was a good truck but I think I have found my new love.
The cover you see is an Extang 2.0 Signature Series Soft Folding Cover. It’s made of a canvas material not vinyl. On my old F-150 I had a trifold hard cover tonneau. I found it to be quite heavy to deal with. This cover I have to say is of very good quality, sturdy, and light to deal with. I think it really makes our Maverick look quite sharp.
It is Shadow black. And thank you. I have been an F150 fan for decades and I have to say I think I have found my new love of compact trucks. We are really happy with our decision. Definitely worth all the wait I have to say.
