I had a phone call from my dealer this AM. Scheduled an appointment for next Wednesday via their mobile visit option.

There may be a recall on the recall. Mobile Tech got to my driveway at 8:00 AM and left at 11:00 AM. I don't know how many times he tried to load it. Said he was going back to the dealership to get a different version of the update. He came back at 1:30 PM , with every thumb drive they had. He loaded the update from each of them. At 5:30 PM he had a good load that he was able to verify. It has worked as expected. He said that my truck was the first one he had a problem with. Evidently there must be some trucks with different software.

Mine arrived on Tuesday and the Ford dealer called ME the next day to have the work done. They are sending their onsite van to do the work. Doesn't get any better than that.
