Since I don't have a magic 8-ball to tell me if I'm going to get my maverick in production. I thought I'd ask the next best thing. So I'd love for some opinions one the following situation:

I called my Ford Dealer that informed me that I am now on the top of the list for a maverick. The 2 people in front of me had their orders pulled for production. I ordered a hybrid, lariat, lux package, and all the bells and whistle (moonroof, spray in Berliner, copilot assist). I have a priority 10 code which could mean nothing but wanted to get everyones thoughts... Do you think I get a production build in 2 to 3 months or much much longer.
If you are legitimately the "next in line" and you're dealership has plenty of allocations remaining for the year, then I don't see why you shouldn't. The hybrid will be the killer constraint. The rest of the items you have mentioned have already been announced by Ford as being below capacity so that just leaves the hybrid and the allocation headless chicken.

No promises on a timeline, but I wouldn't lose hope at this stage.

Not losing hope, I was going into the order process thinking it would be 2026 by the time my order was in production. However, thought I would be further down the line then on top of it if that makes sense.

Absolutely. I had the same thought. I was actually surprised my dealership called me when they did to even place the order as I figured I was way down on their waitlist.

But if anyone tells you they can promise when you are getting scheduled, they would be lying. Until you get the notification from Ford or your dealer that you are scheduled, it is up in the air. Ford's allocation system means that there is no predictable way to say this truck gets scheduled this week. Only that a truck like this gets scheduled this week.

So true it's a crap shoot for sure. It's only real once I get the keys and drive off the lot lol
