You have said "economics" several times in your spamming of hyperbole. You even wall-of-text rage about it being "basic economics" and yet you seem to lack an understanding of what that actually means. In other words; you keep using that word. I don't think it means what you think it means. If you did understand "basic economics" you would know that when one person has a unfair, privileged, or asymmetric advantage in negotiations, the notion of "basic economics" does not apply. It is why we have legal standards for contracts and under what conditions they can be entered.LOL more ridiculous arguments. Take an economics course, please. There are plenty of people out there who WANT a Maverick who seemingly don't think twice about paying a 10k ADM on a Maverick. Do you whine when you get outbid on something on ebay too? Why should a dealer sell you something for less if someone is willing to pay more? What makes you special? If you walk into a dealership at the same time as someone else and there's one Ford Maverick for sale, should these laws you believe exist and apply to new cars allow you to buy it even though they're willing to pay a lot more than you?
In this scenario one party (buyer) is being legally forced to purchase a product from a limited number of suppliers. In many situations the buyer is geographically limited and are therefore forced to purchase from the local supplier. Which, because of how franchising deals work, is likely to be the only supplier. This immediately creates an asymmetric negotiation. It nearly removes the entire ability for the buyer to negotiate on the grounds of competition as the seller knows there isn't any viable competition.
"Basic economics" do not apply in situations of a monopoly, duopoly, or oligopoly. You would have been taught this in basic economics.
You need to stop the spamming and personal attacks against people.
