As I stated before this bottom area of the door gets scratched if you look at it the wrong way, some sort of a protector would be appreciated. Search this forum and you will see it is a big problem for most. My truck is new so no scratches yet.

That will be a great start, it will need to cover a wide enough area of the sill 3 inches perhaps. I really wish you would consider the door area shown in the picture above as every time you get into the truck it gets kicked and scratched. Another selling point for doing the door side panel might be for the many people that don't like the blue color, this could be a way to change that or at least break it up.
I will purchase the outer door sill protector as soon as it is available online. Thank you.

Interior plastics and interior trim might be the best way to search for the many complaints of the scratching to the interior of the Maverick.

I didn't make myself clear enough on my fender flare install concern. I already have the stock Ford mudflaps installed on my Maverick. It looks like we have to either trim the mudflap & or the fender flare so that both can be installed at the same time. Do you have a template for this or is your fender flare incompatible with the stock mudflaps?
After our research, our fender flare are currently only compatible with our mudguards. Ford's mudguards are slightly longer than ours and have grooves that get stuck in, so they are not compatible.

🤓 How are they with WEATHERTECH mud flaps?

I roughly compared and found that the hole positions are basically overlapping. It's not as long as OEM.Perhaps it is compatible. If you are concerned about compatibility issues. Our brand currently has a promotion to buy fender flare and get mudguard as a gift. Mud Flap can be given away for free.

🤓 o_O I’d asked about mud flaps (guards)? Not fender flares.

Installed both the fender flares and mudguards. Used the Amazon prime along with club discount. Probably cost me 130 bucks. Install was easy enough. Pop fasteners holes lined right up and was able to use original fasteners. Maxzina kit came with pry tool , extra fasteners and alcohol wipes. Flaps are meant to work with flares and close up the opening behind the left rear tire. Bonus. Flares fit the body lines and stick out about 1-1/2". Bottom flare edge is nice and wide were fasteners are.
Observations , flare edge at top where 3m adheres is very sharp. Will cut your fingers and rip any cleaning sponge or towel. I used a profile edge shaping blade from my cabinet shop to radius the edge . Took a few minutes per flare but worth it. Manufacturer should have done this after cutting edge IMO.
Flare is not tight to body at top edge, the edge doesn't lip over the 3m tape. Not a deal breaker but I see myself filling that gap with some black chalk in the future. It's a small gap but invites crude build-up.
Mud flaps color close to rest of body molding. Flare is textured which IMO looks fine, a bit of a glossy finish that looks like it will wear off over time. I took off the cheap reflector tape on the front flares...would have never stayed on especially with the dimple texture. Cleaned with rubbing alcohol and it took off some of the shine along with any residue.
Overall happy with the look and price.
I ordered and returned the Mabett ones a few months ago as the workmanship wasn't good, bad edges and hole alignment. Returned them.
If you are anti flare group crowd I don't care about your rusty commits. If I was worried about that I would have to remove all the body plastic! Right?

This looks like quality product, and the fit and finish looks great, especially with the extra care you took @BOB225DUSTER. Thanks for the close-up pics.

I especially like the full coverage from the mud guards, but I won't make specific comments about the flares since I'm from the "anti flare group crowd".

My experience with the Maxzina Fender Flares Compatible with 2022-2025 Maverick

I like to support alternative products and this one was quite good given the price.

A good product but could use more quality control? The holes did not line up well on my Maverick XLT 2023 on the front right fender. Rest were a good to great fit. I did not see a seam at the tops and was ready to add adhesive clear body protection tape but decided not to in case of vibrations cause rubbing on the body.

Also, it included only a total of 8 fasteners (I think it required ~ 20) and were two different types. I had to reuse the old ones and now have to order some extras. At this price, I expected a complete set. Also, the fastener tool was a nice surprise but be careful not to anchor yourself on the painted body, it will scratch. ;)

The 3m tape was applied poorly on the very bottoms of each, which I understand, but the ends appeared ripped rather than neatly cut, as I have experienced before on similar products. As many have recommended I used 3M adhesive amplifier.

Otherwise, basically easy to install and looks great!!
