Given that this is my first new vehicle in over a decade, I'm looking into basic ways to keep it generally clean. Was thinking about keeping a few microfiber cloths in the glove box and whipping one out every now and again just to wipe off the dust-prone vertical areas. Does anyone have any suggestions for products that are actually worth it? A cursory search for these things shows a dizzying array of sizes, materials, cost, along with the dangers of lots of them likely being cheap Chinesium garbage. Anyone here have cleaning towel advice that they like?

Many thanks

go to Costco and get the giant bag of yellow microfiber towels, tear off the tag before use. clean them, but don't use softener or dryer sheets. if one gets anything stuck it like dirt or stcks, toss it or use it for other things. the end.

Harbor freight has super cheap cleaning cloths. They work just fine. They are either cheap or free. Stockpile. With a good cleaner they are fine for the plastic in the maverick.

They sell them on their website and on amazon (although amazom is pricier). I use these towels for my professional auto detail business for interior cleaning.

the same idea applies. any microfiber towel will dust the inside of your car just fine. all auto stores or targets or walmarts sell them.

I use Griot's products. They most everything you would need for car care. They ship most anywhere, also can find them at Auto Zone. The microfiber towels are outstanding. The web site is griots.com. Give them a look, you call call to get more info.
