Yes after limiting production for 2 years, and giving the Bronco Sport 60%-65% of the annual production capacity of the plant. Dealer lots are filled with Dozens of BS for sale, but they won't build the Customer ordered Maverick units! No unsold Mavericks to speak of available anywere. If that isn't limiting production I don't know what is. They can't even build a weeks worth of orders in a year. While 2 Million Fords are built each year, we get a trickle of piss to wet our appetite. I am loyal to Ford, but this crap pisses me off.
Could not agree more. The dealership in town has so many Broncos and F159, 250, etc. it is hard to find a place to park if you want to look at anything. No Mavericks, many of the sales force tried to direct me to a Ranger of F150 when I said I wanted a Maverick. Then they said they had no idea when they might get some on the lot. ( I missed the original order time) Found a Lariat Hybrid three weeks ago and paid a LOT more than MSRP because I am 73 and time marches on, and I might not. Talk about pissed off with Ford!!
