Here you go! Cubby hole part number : NZ6Z-760286A72-AHas anyone had any luck with this yet? Following
This will be one of the first things I want to do as well. Depending on the cost of parts. I already made my peace with it, that I don't need to spend a couple thousand more for a small cubby in the bed. Already tons of room for bins in the bed, and also interior storage in the cabin (back seat or under back seat). But if I can add this cubby for $50 I just might be interested.Anyone know the part numbers and process for the cubbies to add for the xl?

This site (Maverick truck club) has been a wealth of information on the Maverick to me. Just trying to do my part. How very good of you to follow up with this information.
The XL just gets flat plates to cover the holes, no access door, no cubby. The flat plate attaches to the truck bed in the same manner as the cubby. What is the difference between the XL and the XLT cubby .........
Yes, here's a photo of panel and what's behind. The XL just gets flat plates to cover the holes, no access door, no cubby. The flat plate attaches to the truck bed in the same manner as the cubby.
Be careful that whatever you put in there doesn't dent the side panel of the truck from the inside out.I'm hoping I can find some thumb screws to replace the bolt attachments on the cover plate, or maybe remove them and install some latches? Just need access to the area, nothing fancy.
Yes, different cover but same cubby. LH and RH cover plates.Does the same cubby fit both sides?
Good luck marketing double level storage with a hinged door for $80.Thank you for this information........will figure out a DIY solution for this .....$80 is ridiculous
