Yea, I have a hard time judging how far my front bumper is from a car in front of me when parking too and with my grabby brakes it's not worth it. I just park in another spot to avoid this problem.

Could you tell me what camera you purchased? How hard was the install? Thanks for replying.

Could you tell me what camera you purchased? How hard was the install? Thanks for replying.
I have the ThinkWare dash cam I purchased from Ford since I was able to get a 20% discount and it had the ODB wiring harness. I can't use the dash cam when pulling into a parking space to see how far away my front bumper is from an object

Running the wire isn't really hard but it took some time removing the A pillar trim, dash side panel, securing the ODB wiring under the dash and running the wire to back window. When removing the drivers side dash panel I recommend using lots duct tape on the surface so you don't scratch it up.

I would say it took me about 4 hours to complete only b/c I wanted to be careful not breaking any of the trim pieces. Also, use a plastic trim tools to remove the trim.
