Weird issue occurred today with the infotainment screen. Put the truck into reverse and the backup camera came on like normal, started to backup and the screen completely froze. I finished parking and the screen stayed frozen even after going into park. After about 30 more seconds the screen unfroze and went to the main home screen, but all of the text was garbled (see pics below). The radio worked fine and the backup camera worked fine except for the garbled text. Android Auto would not work at all. I tried turning off the truck completely and waiting to see if that would fix the issue but it didn't. The fix was disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds and then reconnecting it, everything is working fine now. This is my second full day with the truck, it only has 167 miles on the odometer and is 100% stock. Has anyone else had this issue?

You can try to update the unit via USB or contact you dealer to solve it.
