My dealer doesn't know how to do price protection. It is not showing up in smart Vincent.
How do they request the rebate from ford!!

Thank you. I showed them the memo, they didn't want to do it because it doesn't describe how they would be reimbursed from ford. But in the end they called their Ford Rep and he approved it and got it taken care of.
