Dealer Is No Help - Tracking

I’ve been trying to find out when my truck is being delivered. I’ve contacted the dealer with absolutely no help and they have no idea where it is or when it’s supposed to be here. Can anyone get a detailed list (or as much info as possible) in looking this up please. The vin is 1FTFW1E55NFB10758

Order number is assigned by the dealership. Often but not always keyed to an initial identifying the sales person. But order number can start with any letter, or even a numeral.

To make things even more confusing, there are cases where the same order number is employed for more than a single individual sale.
