I just earned 25 Milestones. What is a Milestone?

I understand Ford points and how you can use them to purchase items or for service. Never heard of Milestones with a Ford. Do Milestones just earn you points or is it something else? Thank you.

There's Tiers you can unlock by completing different qualifying activities and consequently give extra points back on services (5/10% for Silver/Gold). Also unlocks special offers you can spend points on like Sirius/XM subscription. Used to give a number of free pickups for dealer service, but I don't see that explicitly listed since they've revised things so don't know if that is still offered.
