Why are you mounting your phone at all? Mavericks have Android Auto and Apple Car Play which allows the driver to do all the phone tasks on the built in dash screen in a driver friendly format. Mounting the phone is unnecessary.

I would just like to add in here some info from research that I've done recently. If you prefer using Google Maps over Wayze when driving ( I do a lot of driving for my job), AND you really enjoy being able to use the Incident Reporting feature on Google Maps, you will need the AA Wireless Dongle so you can change the DPI setting. Otherwise, if you just plug in your phone to use Google Maps on Android Auto on the truck's screen, the Incident Reporting icon cannot be seen due to size of the screen restricting only so much space. As far as I know from what I've read, only the specific AA Wireless brand dongle or the one from Carsifi, will allow you to change the DPI. If you don't care about using the Incident Reporting feature on Google maps there are many Android Auto wireless adapters that would work for the Mavericks. So I realized that instead of spending more money on the wireless dongles (around $70 for AA Wireless or Carsifi), I can just get a phone mount that are cheaper and just use Google Maps on my phone (I have a ZFold5 which makes a good screen unfolded) and I get the Incident Reporting icon to be visible. I hope this helps someone.
