Flew there on December the 18, very cold weather there, every thing was in order, Shelby and Samantha where really nice.
Had a family emergency so I had to come back to Miami, made it in two days, the truck behaved beautifully, could not be more happy, there are a few things I really don't understand but at the end, nice truck.
This is the numbers for the trip, I was told not to keep it over 60 for too long, it actually it was never under 75. !4 hours first day, the rest on the second one.
I wonder if Ford does not have an ergonomic department, the star bottom is a far location, I mean why is the trailer one there and not the switch? Volume should be in a closer place, wish I could change the blue color of the speedometer.
A dedicated bottom for the radio would be nice too.
I'm ready for the first oil change, could not find the standard filter, according to the chats in here the FL-500S will work just fine.
Got all the internal gadgets from one of the sponsors here. The bed will receive a 2X6 log as a divider.
Dealing with the Florida DMV has not been a pleasant experience.
I do feel the Lariat will benefit from using 18 or even 17 tires, Truck is kind of stiff for a Ford, had may Lariats before, maybe times have changed, my frame certainly has.
More technology that I expected from a little cheap truck, if we can still call it that.
Got the 8 years 100k for $2400, this one looks like it will be sent down the line. Very practical truck for Miami's traffic so far.
