I live in St. Charles, and just picked up my Lariat First Edition on Friday - 3/25/22 - from Pundmann Ford, after "reserving" it last March and finally getting to order it 6/21/21. So far, so good.
Awesome! Congrats!

Picked up my Hybrid XL from Pundmann on Friday 3/25/22 also, Eliot Starr was my salesman. Ordered 07/23/21. Eliot kept me informed all the way during the wait. Getting 39.5 MPG so far, funny how the more I drive it the miles to empty has gone from 330 now up to 385. (due to more driving than dealer pre-delivery). I've driven it 120 miles so with the 385 now showing to empty that's 505 expected miles to empty! I'm impressed so far, no complaints what so ever, Hybrid has more than enough power. I'll fabricate a metal shield to fill the open panel under the drivers side rear fender so debris doesn't gather on back side of left tail light as others have stated. Only Mod I've made is adding "Spider" wheel covers ($50 from Amazon), I'll paint the silver steel wheels flat black sometime in the future.

Your Maverick looks great with the new wheel covers. Please keep us informed about your efforts to fabricate a shield for the rear taillight area!

FoMoCo has been right on time with the emails sent.
I ordered on 07/23 (eight months tomorrow)
email on Dec 9 saying scheduled for production week of Feb 7
email on Jan 29 saying production changed to week of Feb 21
email on Feb 26 built and expected delivery between week March 20 to March 26
email on Feb 28 SHIPPED with expected delivery between week March 20 to March 26
Arrived today, March 22

Velocity Blue HYBRID XL with Co-Pilot360, Trailer Hitch Receiver and Factory Spray in Bed Liner.
Window Sticker $22,735....... I may sell it for $28k and buy an Escape (Hybrid?) if I do sell it
I won't drive it other than the 8 miles to my house and apply for title day I pick it up, State says may take a week to get title back in my name
Anyone interested?

Bought the Maverick because couldn't buy any new vehicle for the price and possibly need a pick up very occasionally. If I sold it for $5-7K over what I paid then that would get me a $29k vehicle for the $22k I paid for the Mav. A $29k Escape would have more options than the $22k Mav. I could add another $2k and get a Hybrid Escape (if able to find one). At age 70 another Escape (Hybrid) would fit our lifestyle better, fit garage better and just compliment our 2016 Titanium Escape (with trailer tow). That all said, after having/driving the Maverick a few days, I'm keeping it! Much better than expected!

Thanks but the more I drive it the more I like it. With 250 miles I'm averaging 40.1 MPG.

I think he needs to go 5K to be in the game!
Thanks to all... after having it for two weeks and putting 400 miles on I'm going to keep it. It's really much better than I expected.

I think selling is a mistake. Tax and license will put you at about $25k. Then when you buy the Escape you will have to pay another $2.5k+ of tax and lic all over again which wipes out most of your $3k profit. Your gas savings will be worth way more over the years. Plus, a Mav is a much more versatile vehicle.

I got a bed cover and high rack for my Mav so I can put my canoe up there or lumber from Home Depot. And when I need more "bed" I will rent a 12 ft trailer.

I am all for owners flipping their trucks instead of refusing delivery and the greedy dealer flipping. Let those who have waited and waited, make the profit.
