When it came time to roll over your 22 orders, how much more cash are you required to drop in order to have the same build?? Exact same options!

My 22 Lariat Lux, FX4, 4K, loaded mav went from 43k to 49k.

I'm puzzled how its 50K for a Maverick, when 2022/2023 Chevy Colorado runs for 45k.

Yikes.
$2890 increase for our 23 order exactly equipped as the 22 Hybrid Lariat Lux we have.

only $410 more plus I have to do my own spray in liner now versus the drop in that the Lux package came with before so I'd say about $1000 more (but at least a spray in versus a drop in liner). After figuring in the $1750 cash offer I'll be $750 cheaper but lose I think bed tie down system which I don't care as I never used that in my f150 when I had something similar. I originally ordered late Jan 2022.

worked good for me to roll over.

original order Nov1, 2021, $43 and change +++.
2023 reorder $47 and change +++++++++
missing several options in the new price to free up constraints such as the 360 assist package and box liner so add a grand to spray in the liner at this end.
plus my 22 was at 2.99% and now itā€™s at 4.49% which also adds to cost.
Additionally my trade in will have another birthday before they can get it built, if they can get it buildā€¦which will lower its value.
And they said thereā€™s a rebate but they donā€™t know how much yet.
I figure theyā€™ve driven my costs up by about 7-8 grand in comparison to if the truck was available the day I ordered.
And all this ā€œless truck for more moneyā€ without a track record of being able to supply on timeā€¦wait another year for nothingā€¦
I think Iā€™m firing them today.

Mine went up about $3200 so I still have to eat about $400 of it after the private offer. Plus the additional $2,000 in interest

Just to confirm, did you get the ā€œprivate offerā€ in Canada?

I'm in the US. I would think you still get it in Canada, but hopefully someone else can chime in. You could also probably ask Johnny's Car Care on YouTube. He is like the Tim Bartz of Canada.

Good call, thanks for the suggestion. Yeah we generally get ignored up here, it isnā€™t great haha.

Good news, my dealer emailed this morning that my 2022 was rolled over to 2023, and my priority based on my original order will be maintained.

Downside: price (total MSRP for XL hybrid with some additional bits) went up 15%. Original total MSRP: $29,345.00, new MSRP: $33,855.00. After tax this means the XL maverick with hitch, rear window, floormats, and tailgate security thing will be $38k šŸ˜‚. Thinking of cancelling and just getting my deposit back, moving on with my life.
