How do you activate the 911 Assist function?

The manual only tells you what the function is and how it works, but doesn’t tell you how to activate it.

Looks like it's supposed to be a setting on the Sync menu. I found this if it helps:

nope its on my XLT.

once you connect your phone to bluetooth it gives you the option to enable it during setup.
