there's still a real shortage of CDL drivers for the transporter rigs and now weather is playing a part too. I still have friends in CA and see the state getting hammered with storms, so a little extra delay is probably not unreasonable here.

Yeah I completely understand. I'm just excited to get the truck. I have a CDL btw and know exactly what you're talking about.

So the dealership is now saying my truck got damaged on delivery and they have to order the parts to get it fixed before I can pick it up. I hope it's not some bullshit they are trying to pull to sell it to someone else at a markup. (I've seen this done to someone else).... told them I'll pickup the truck and bring it back when they have the parts. Manager said he'd reach out to me by Wednesday. No call no text. I just sent him a text let's see his response.

Just did ceramic tint on the doors today. Gonna do the front windshield when I have time. Ordered weathertech mats and the 2" lift kit. Planing on building a custom subwoofer enclosure soon too.

Looks great , what was damaged ?

It was scratched by the delivery driver between the headlight and the tow hook. There's still a small little crease/stress mark on the black part right below the painted area but I told the it's fine I just didn't want to wait any longer. The mark is like a hairline size about an inch long and barely visible.
