Aside from your health issues, what kind of & how old is the wife vehicle, it may make more sense to get her to drive the Maverick, it's probably more comfortable has more room inside & gets better mpg's. I wish you luck in getting medication that works, I knew a guy here in his 50's that had this issue, he did at one time have a big crash, but later on had medication that worked & was able to drive for many years after that, don't give up yet!

Agree on working with a good RD. Tons of recent research coming in on ketogenic diet for seizures and other neuro based conditions. Sleep apnea and cardiac work ups (my mom had “seizures” turned out to be her hear. Pacemaker made her good as new.)
imwould keep the truck. Have your wife try it out in a “protected” area - she might find she actually loves it. Everything about the vehicle is straight forward - minimal learning curve.
