This is a Canadian order where we don't get update emails and need to either get updates from Ford Chat or Dealer.
Every scheduling week I have been checking Ford chat to see if I have been scheduled including this week. Every time I have either got "Order Processing" or something similar.
To my surprise yesterday I got an email with my VIN from my dealer. VIN is 86xxx, so I looked it up on the order tracking and the last update was 07/13 which corresponds to the day it would have been scheduled based on the VIN's posted that week.
Here is the interesting part though, on the order tracking there is no "Scheduled Week Of" and talking to Ford chat with the VIN they still say that it is in "Order Processing"
Has anyone seen this before? I know that the tracker is not always accurate and that USA orders get the VIN and Scheduled week at the same time. I am just a bit concerned that even that chat doesn't say it is scheduled.
