Order confirmed 06/29/2021....yesterday called customer service and they surprised me with a VIN # and build date, week of 06/27/2022, one year after order. I expect I won’t actually receive the vehicle until mid August 2022.

I hope that Ford makes everything right with you. didn't you get a conformation email from ford I got mine as I was leaving the parking lot of dealer, if you didn't get it call the maverick hot line 1 800 334 4375 I spoke to them last week they were very nice and helpful.If I ordered in the June-July 2021 timeframe and I still had not received a build date from Ford, I'd be contacting my dealer to ensure they actually placed my order with Ford. I suspect there are a fair number of people out there who believe they've placed an order, but in actuality Ford doesn't recognize the order because the dealer failed to complete the necessary steps to secure and validate the order with FoMoCo before the order deadlines.
Of course I have no idea if this is your situation; the packages and options you specified may still be holding up your build date. But if I were you, at this point I'd be proactively and aggressively pursuing information with my dealer and/or Ford customer service if my order was placed in June, 2021 and I still had not received any information on my vehicle.
