Placed order the first of the month for a Ruby Red, AWD, XLT with bed liner and 4k tow pkg.
Production is "suppose" to start 1st week of Sept

Not sure what is going on with my Maverick order.
Order date: 05/08/2025
Scheduled: week of 07/21/2025
On 07/03/2025 my status changed to "In Production". (Yay! 18 days early!)
Today , 14 days after the truck (supposedly) went into production the Ford Order Tracking site still says "In Production". Production doesn't typically take two weeks does it?
The Ford site showing the As Built modules currently shows ZERO modules populated. So that suggests that the truck is not "In Production" yet.
So what is really happening with this order?

What site shows the "As Built" modules? Mine is expected for w/o 9/1 production.
I ordered a Ruby Red Hybrid, BAP, 4k package June 30. I just got production date of Sept 1st. VIN assigned. Dealer thought it would be August. Sure looking forward to getting her.

Of this year! My first Maverick took 16 months, and I wasn't the only one. Back in '22 we were all going a little crazy from the wait time. Around Christmas I got canceled (which kinda tripped me out) and converted to a '23.
Oh wow! That would be hard. I'm a bit disappointed not to get her until end of September, 6-8wks seems long in this get tomorrow world. But that's just 1st world problems so.....I'm good.

My Maverick is ACTUALLY in production now!
Yay!
I just checked the Motorcraft service site for the "As Built" modules and this time the modules HAVE all populated.
I'd hop on a plane to Hermosillo and pick it up at the factory gate if they would let me!

Does the Motorcraft service site require an order number? I didn't order the truck I'm waiting for, it was ordered by the dealer. Salesman says there's no order number. I have the Vin # and he used vin view to tell me the truck I have a deposit on was started to be built on 7/23. I waited 6 months back in 2021 to get my 1st Maverick, but decided I really wanted the AWD hybrid. Mine is a hybrid but only fwd.
