I ordered my Maverick XLT, Hybrid, Lux, CP360 on 7/7. It was placed at a Priority Code 2 in early November. Watching Tim Bartz's videos (thanks Tim) I went to my dealer January 17th and had them change my Priority Code to 10, so I could drop the Lux package to help speed my order. Also added the Trailer Hitch and 400W Inverter, I will get the spray-in bed liner aftermarket. Now to get it back to Priority Code 2...
My Dealer was no help, I asked them several times to contact the Local Ford Rep or give me his contact info to assist in upgrading the priority code. Finally, on Jan 28th I emailed the chief customer experience officer of Ford Motor Company. It was passed off to a very helpful liaison to the executive offices who swiftly contacted me in 2 business days and then a scheduled email showed up on Feb. 7th.
I still may not get my Mav until June (11 month wait), but at least it is scheduled.
Some times you have to go up the ladder.
