Good locations to mount aftermarket switches?

Trying to plan out where i can install aftermarket switches for lights/etc without running afoul of airbags and such. If you have installed some already post the pics.

How about right under the light switches. That area is open unless you have 4K towing, because the trailer brake switches are there (although there might be a little space next to those).

I was thinking that are but was concerned about the driver knee airbags and where those deploy from. I've only seen close ups of the trailer brake switches so didnt know how much room that would allow to use there.
