Getting Lucky in Colorado

After my beloved 2000 Subaru gave up the ghost, I was lucky enough to find a declined order Maverick just south of Denver. Still needed to play the dealership game and spend most of my day buying the truck, but at least got it at MSRP. Only question now is whether to get the new (old style) black Colorado license plates to go with the BAP.

Those black CO plates would look really good unless you’re doing tailgate letters with a color that matches another plate.

Grew up here and didn't know we had a black plate! That'll be getting slapped on my cactus gray XLT when she arrives!

Where did you find the cactus colored Ford logo? A decal? I like that sooo much more than the Blue Oval!

Yes, the all black plates are the bomb.

As for the Ford logo decal, I don’t remember where I got them, probably Amazon or Fleabay.

I wanted to take a sunlit picture from the front and back so last night I took the rear picture. This morning I took the front end picture.

When I got home and compared the two pictures I was surprised at the color differences.
The front angle picture almost looks CG does it not?
