Used temperature/HVAC controls out of a 2021 Ford Escape SE (VIN: 1FMCU0G63MUA45357). Dual zone with heated seats and steering wheel. Already programmed for a Hybrid Lariat, so it should be plug and play.

Everything works fine, but the the passenger "dual" button (center button of the knob) is sticky. It still works, just slow to return when it's colder out. I'm not sure how to take it apart to clean it up, but if you don't plan on using the dual zone functionality, then it's a non-issue.

Asking $75 local pickup around Harford or Baltimore County. These things need a lot of packaging to ship due to the sensitive electronics, so shipping will be rather high if you're willing to pay it.

I would guess $20 would cover shipping. I wouldn't know for sure unless I packaged it all up for a size and weight.
