Got mine from the dealer. I believe if bought in a state that requores a front tag you are supposed to get it free. I imagine they can be purchased from Ford.

My dealer was able to order them I think it would have been like almost $40. I went the EBAY route and got it for $22-$25. I like having a front vanity plate so I had to get one. Installing it was very easy as well.

I was too late in notifying the dealer. So I did the change myself. I may paint the plugs at some point, but it still looks better lower and off the painted area.
