Front bumper paint chipping

I purchased a white 2024 XL in March of '24. After a couple of months I noticed whatever they covered the front bumper with, paint or a coating, it was getting a lot of small chipping. Enough that people would point it out. I drive strictly paved roads, no gravel so I don't understand why this Is happening other than poor quality. As you can imagine now October '25 it looks crappy. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there any vendor that sells some kind of plastic clip on bumper cover? Any suggestions? I did try touch up paint but that didn't make it look any better.

Paint Protection Film PPF but if it is already chipped I think it's too late.
Have it professional painted and then wrap it with the PPF
