Had production date and Vin now tracker doesn’t recognize VIN

Received a production date of 11/1 got VIN and sticker. As of last night still had both with a sticker date build of 10/27. Now the tracker doesn’t recognize the VIN or show a sticker. Anyone else have this issue?

I have a similar question. Bought a dealer stock truck, called Ford customer service to get a build date,etc. Prior to the call, nothing populated in trackers, now I have a trsckable truck, but it doesn't show the scheduled dates I was told.

This whole thing is a giant fuster cluck.

The tracker is, well, unreliable. That's the polite way to say it, anyway.

Yes, on and off. The tracker worked for me immediately after I got my email. Then it didn't work. Then it did. Then it didn't. Right now it does.

I'm not reading anything into it. So far, I just see it as a glitch.
