Fordpass App. Can not load a service history event.

In the past I could load a service history. Today I’m unable to load anything. Any help would be appreciated.

The new one they are testing doesn't have the "service history" tab. If you scroll down to the bottom of the app you should see "previous version", hit that, go to "service history" and the bottom of the page has "add record". Ford has a survey about the Beta version that I filled out asking to please keep the service history like it was because I like that feature too.

You can also add a service record via the website, signing in with the same Ford owner account as FordPass: https://www.ford.com/support/service-history/

I also no longer have the option to add a service record using the FordPass app. This app is starting to be more of a hassle than it is worth. I can add one via the link above to the website but why on earth does the app no longer support it. I have no option to go to a previous version on the screen. It lets me view my service records but that is all. Garbage app.
