Ford Pass Alert History

Wondering just which events get logged. Having recently experienced my first deep sleep event was poking around the app.

I found 4 low washer fluid events. Those I ignore since I’ve never used the fluid in the 6 months I’ve owned the vehicle & fluid is actually full.

What I didn’t see was the deep sleep fault. But that was only 7 days ago. Perhaps there’s a delay in event recording?

Surely a deep sleep is significant enough to be noted?

I get the remote services disabled in my alert history. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the app

I've noticed this too. When I receive a <curse words> deep sleep notification it is listed in the event history but isn't retained. I was hoping to show the dealer a long list of deep sleep warnings but they disappear over time.

If I remember correctly, it's been a while since I started getting deep sleep again after my second battery, if I didn't click on the actual message they would not disappear. See how those two are bold and the other ones I've already read.

Though I'm also using an older Ford pass version so that may have changed.
