Ford Order Tracker issues

For some odd reason I'm unable to use the Ford vin tracking site on my desktop. I've tried using both Chrome and Edge to see if I could get something to pop up. After clicking on the blue accept and track box after I entered in my info, It just sits there and doesn't do anything. Would there be any kind of security settings or something I need to disable so the site will actually load?

I can use my android phone to track the vin and it loads up no problem. I''ve also used chrome and edge on the pc at work thinking it might have been a browser issue and it loaded up at work without any problems as well.

Found out how to do it using Google chrome on my desktop. Went into the bronco forums and did some reading, found out using incognito mode in chrome is the way to go. Tried it a few times and haven't had any issues tracking my pickup with the vin and order code.
