Working in a Call Center, this message is normal when all agents are working with a "caller" and the queue is filled to capacity (that number will vary). If Chat is busy, then call the 800 number.

I just logged on and the chat button isn’t even on the page. Anyone else experiencing the same?
I added a bookmark for chat feature long ago. Takes me right to it.
I had a similar issue last week. I tried 3 different browsers and only Chrome would show me the blue CHAT bar to click on. The other two were blank underneath the "hour of operations" with nothing to click on. However, Chrome would not open up the chat. A new tab would pop up but acted like it was hung. I copied/pasted the link from Chrome into Firefox and the chat screen came up. Ford must have some really weird coding.
