Ford Dealer Bed Liner covers Flexbed features? is this right?

Thanks for all the insight. As poster brasnchristine pointed out it isn’t hard to remove the liner. Even though dealer offered to cut out i may not do it until i decide if i want the cubbies installed and the lights once i get my tonneau cover. If they trim the cubby cut out now i will still have to remove the liner when i get the cubby as the cut out covers the bolt heads.
