So I was talking with Ford customer support on Ford.com chat regarding my issues with the brake clicking noise. The rep didn't offer any real help (I don't have a lot of expections anyway) but when I asked if he can pass on the youtube videos I recorded for the issue to engineering, he said he can't but asked me to email [email protected]. After ending the chat I searched around and it seems fordIR is Ford Invester Relations. I guess that's how they get annoying customers off their backs ?

yes , please see my thread on the click issues. Ford dealership says Ford engineering deemed the issue "characteristic"

It started with the dumb virtual assistant, I typed "agent" and "Luis" answered who sounded pretty human to me, but I guess these days you never know lol.
FWIW, I got a very polite reply from FordIR (indeed investor relations) asking me to contact ford.com/support
