Pretty sweet. I plan on adding packouts to my bed too. I think I'll use a sheet of plywood, contour it to the shape of the back half of the bed, and screw their mounting plates to it. 3 drawer and the new cabinet will hold all my mounting biking tools and gear.

Just be careful with larger wood sizes, originally I tried to use a 2x12 instead of 2x 2x6s and I struggled getting the wood in and out of the flex bed slots without a great deal of maneuvering

That's some good info, thanks. I won't be using the flexbed slots for the boxes. I'll make a "floor" out of plywood, using the tailgate and the wheel well humps to keep it in place, and screw in the Milwaukee baseplates.
