About 50-60 lbs.that's brilliant! How much does the extension weigh?
I like it.Just installed my Flated Air Topper by @FLATED Guy. Pretty easy install. Because it was my first time, bad back and all, took about an hou. Of course I put a couple of things in backwards (first timer syndrome). I think it looks pretty good! Very sturdy! Just need to put the windows in, should be easy peasy.
What do you guys think?

I love the setup! Is the tailgate extension also a "flated" product?that's brilliant! How much does the extension weigh?
The rear extension is just a netting hack. Hoping that @FLATED Guy is going to come up with a better affordable solution to close off the back with the tailgate down so I can sleep in the bed.I love the setup! Is the tailgate extension also a "flated" product?
Now upon a closer look, I now see that you built it...nice work. That is something that I would use on my Maverick.
i really do love mine. The ease of removal, easy storage, not to mention the cost made it a “no brainer” for me.The Maverick is a great looking truck and (to me at least) the looks of the Flated don't do it justice. Compared to fiberglass toppers I've had in the past the ease of install/removal of the Flated makes it a great part time option though so I could see myself possibly getting one of these.
I'm interested in using a flated canopy a couple times a year when we go family camping - to haul our immense load of crap, not to sleep in. I like the cost, easy on/off, and storage of the flated canopy, but I'm wondering about the back window/flap. I think it's just a Velcro attachment and I'm worried stuff would simply fall out the back window while driving. Is the back flap/window secure enough to hold everything in?I have the low one, and love it. I use it to haul my daughter back and forth to college. I kind of wish I paid a bit more for the taller one, but I like the looks of the small one better.

Little late to the party but wow...I love it! I've been trying to find a used cap off a different truck as Mav specific ones are too pricey for my needs...but this seems like an awesome solution.
