🤔 First off, I'm guessing that you do not have a soft tonneau cover?
I believe the post below shows the area between the outer fender and the inner fender where the insulation is. I hope this helps.

Don’t suppose you have a pic that would I’d where yours was in the door/fender do you? I want to make sure I am looking at the right thing. Still have the noise but what I checked was wedged fairly tight. Thanks for this info. Driving me crazy
These pics show the foam block, the empty cavity between the driver's door and the A pillar and the passenger side with the foam block in place
