First Fillup

We have the Maverick Hybrid with the XLT package, so fairly standard. When we took delivery the dealership filled it completely with fuel. Since that time we have driven it 402 additional miles. Those miles were a mix of conditions including around town at 30 mph, 45 mph rural roads, and about sixty miles of 70-75 mph driving on the interstate. Today we stopped in to fill it up even though it was only a little below the halfway point on the gauge. It took a total of 8.2 gallons of gas to fill it, meaning we are averaging just over 49 miles per gallon. Needless to say we are very pleased with the truck so far.

Same here, filled the tank after 200 miles from dealer. Only four gallons for my hybrid lariat. Very happy mpg with a mix of city and highway miles so far.
