FINALLY ON THE WAY! ORDERED OCTOBER 2021!!!

We contacted our salesman when it had been *522* days after we ordered our Maverick.
Found out that day that we'd be getting "the e-mail" but somehow it was delayed.
The Dealership (Jenkins Ford Lincoln of Crystal River, Florida) was notified, but not us!
Found out that it was going into production the week of 4-13-23 and it was built 4-14-23
and put in the railcar on 4-16-23. This was the 2nd. brand new vehicle we've ever purchased
(we've been together since 1981) and this one we didn't get off the showroom floor like the
last one. I sure hope it's worth the wait. We picked the CYBER ORANGE so we could find it in
the parking lot full of white and grey vehicles, LOL! I hope the topper won't take too long to
source and install. I can't wait to see it, drive it, open the moon roof and see if it's everything we
wanted and then some! We're hoping that the topper has screened windows for our
2 dogs who will be traveling in the back with us when we go hit the road! Cheers and keep
positive through the wait, "good things come to those who wait", right? We hope it was worth it!

Congratulations on your Maverick. Only problem I see is that you should not have ordered such a DULL COLOR. I am sure you could have found something brighter LOL. I am sure you will enjoy it. My wife and I both have hybrids with LUX and moon roofs and really love to drive them. Just did an6 hour drive Monday and averaged 44 mpg, mostly highway. Will be looking for some pics in about 3 weeks.

Well! It's about time! I also ordered in October '21 but got my first Mav in early Feb. The wait was torture but after I got it I was pretty happy and the wait was history. My dealer was good and kept me informed. Congradulations, you're gonna love it
